GoDog Sports provides certain little leagues the ability to live stream and record league games for remote viewing pursuant to a sponsorship arrangement with T-Mobile. This notice explains how children’s information is collected, used, and disclosed in connection with this service.
T-Mobile, its representatives, and/or the local league collect a child’s first and last name as part of the league registration process. This information is used to confirm that a parent or guardian of each child participating in the league has consented to the collection of that child’s video footage. This information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.
With parental consent, GoDog may collect video footage of children who participate in league games. This footage is displayed via this website and/or a smartphone app in order to let remote users with your league’s access credentials watch games live. This footage is also used to make recordings of league games, which are available for viewing via this website and the app for up to ten days after each game. Users may also download footage from the website or app during these ten days. After ten days the recordings are deleted from the website and app. Video footage is not used for any other purpose and will not be shared with anyone unless required by law.
Parents have the right to review and control their children’s personal information. You may request access to, or deletion of, personal information we’ve collected about your child by emailing email@example.com. Footage of individual children cannot be deleted from video recordings, but all video recordings are deleted from the website and app automatically within ten days. We can’t delete recordings that have been downloaded by other users with your league’s access credentials.
We also can’t prevent individual children who participate in league games from appearing in recordings. If you change your mind about your child being recorded, you’ll need to contact your local league president to discuss how to prevent your games from being recorded.
